1. No Hidden Fees:
Get it in writing. Even some of the most respected cake vendors deliver final bills that are guaranteed to shock you. You should expect to pay more if your requests change, but otherwise make them put it in writing that the final quote will equal the bill.

2. A great reputation:
This one is obviously a bit subjective but extremely important. If your chosen reception site, caterer, photographer, etc have never heard of the bakery you are considering, they are probably either not a legal (health department regulated) facility or they just don't have a great reputation. Even though the Phoenix Metro area is huge and growing every day, those companies that are the best in the wedding business know other companies that provide quality service. When in doubt, ask a vendor that you already trust who they would recommend.

3. Guarantees:
Again, get them in writing. Whether they offer satisfaction guarantees, on time guarantees, or anything else. Any reputable company has specific policies relating to their guarantees and you should always get them in writing before choosing a vendor.

4. Flexible Schedule:
Most bakeries are open until 5:00 PM on weekdays and around noon on weekends (if at all). If you have a regular job, scheduling a cake tasting can be a nightmare. Make sure that you evaluate companies that can work around your schedule and make preparing for your special day as painless as possible.

5. Multiple Payment Options:
With your honeymoon on the horizon, house hunting, and all of the other expenses, cutting a check for the wedding cake may not be the most reasonable way to pay for your dream cake. Make certain that the vendor you choose accepts credit cards as an option for payment.

6. Staff Appearance:
If you have ever been to a wedding and viewed a guy in a dirty tank top setting up a wedding cake (we actually have) you know how tacky it looks. The staff of your chosen vendor should all be dressed like they are there enhance the wedding, not to crash it.

7. Proven creativity & skill:
If you desire a non traditional wedding cake, make certain that your chosen vendor can show you some of their more unique work. Only then will you be able to tell if they can accurately recreate your vision.

We will deliver anywhere within our delivery area at no additional charge to you on a minimum order (75 guests within 10 miles of our shop /200 guests valleywide). For smaller cake orders our delivery & setup charges start at just $35.00. All 75+ guest wedding cakes deliveries in Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert, and many in Chandler & Scottsdale qualify for free delivery. Our delivery area includes areas east of Central Ave in Phoenix, south of the 101 in North Scottsdale, and north of Riggs Rd in Chandler.

FREE Anniversary Cakes:
We will recreate a 6" replica of the top tier of your wedding cake for your 1st, 5th, 10th, 25th, & 50th Wedding Anniversaries absolutely FREE for all cake orders for 100 or more guests! For wedding cakes with under 100 servings, this option may be added for just $50.00. To order your anniversary tier, just give us a call 2 weeks prior to your anniversary and we will have your cake ready for pickup. (Sorry we aren't able to ship cakes at this time)

Weekend Meeting Schedule:
We know that you have a million things to do and choosing the perfect wedding cake is just one of them, and taking off of work just so you can attend a cake tasting isn't an option. Because of this, we schedule our cake tasting appointments on Saturdays which allows the couples that we meet with to keep their regular weekday schedule.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
Your big day is our big day also. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your wedding cake then neither are we. Much of our business comes from previous bride referrals and therefore we guarantee your satisfaction with the look and taste of your special cake.

On Time Guarantee:
A great cake that is late is no longer a great cake. That is why we guarantee all of our brides & grooms that we will arrive to set up the cake within the times specified by the bride and the facility.
